Remove Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your TextTwinAI account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to request account deletion and what data will be removed.

How to Delete Your Account

There are two ways to request account deletion:

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the TextTwinAI app on your device
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Enter your password to confirm
  5. Tap Delete My Account to complete the process

Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.

Method 2: Email Request

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion via email:

  1. Send an email to
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your TextTwinAI account
  4. We will process your request within 7 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

⚠️ Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover your data or reactivate your account.

What Data Gets Deleted

The following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your account information (name, email, password)
  • All recipients and contact information
  • All generated messages and message history
  • All schedules and reminders
  • Saved snippets and templates
  • App preferences and settings
  • Push notification tokens

After deletion, we do not retain any personally identifiable information. Some anonymized usage statistics may be retained for analytics purposes, but they cannot be linked back to you.
